The location. Not far from the mall and the beach. Its quite and has a beautiful sea view. The restaurant also served nice food. The stuff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast has quite a variety of things to eat. Loved the heated pool. The late checkout is great for getting some sleep in. We will be definitely be back.

Exceptional Comfort, slept well. Otherwise, Reception Staff and Cleaning Personnel were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a lovely stay and will return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The facilities were immaculate, and the warm welcome from the security team and the front desk staff were not only efficient but also incredibly courteous, making check-in seamless and stress-free. We were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by Nosihle Ntuli, she went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, thank you very much to her. Zama Ngwane housekeeping 5 star rating she was kind the room smelt clean and fresh. I love her personality We would absolutely love to return to the Hilton Garden Inn Umhlanga Arch and experience its excellence once again

Clean hotel, l will be back to stay longer, but guys please fix your shower water temperature is very low you will think the water is almost finished

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were treated like a part of the family the moment we came in and left. The rooms were clean, and the food was good, especially the breakfast and items prepared from the set menu. The playroom for the children and outside pool were lovely. We especially loved the children's check-in. Guest experience was great! The breakfast chef at the egg stahostesour hostesses at both breakfast and supper were superb!

The facilities, location and ambience were great. Special mention must go to the catering manager Mr. Thoko who was magnanimous and considerate in accommodating me as a vegetarian given that such menus are generally limited. Thank you for your respect and sensitivity and making me a satisfied diner. Also, a lady called Mbali was a pleasure to deal with as she was eloquent and warm in following through to ascertain our satisfaction. Honestly, she is misplaced. Should be in Marketing and allied. A great personality and full of warmth and poise. RAJAN NAIDOO
